Fully Licensed Therapist – Individual $165, Couples $225
Masters Level & Associate Licensed Therapist – Individual $135, Couples $175
Intern Therapist – Individual $60, Couples $75
Insurance
This is a boutique style private counseling practice. We offer a custom tailored approach to counseling that meets the unique needs of each individual client.
If you choose to use insurance for counseling reimbursement, We can work with you as an out of network provider. Usually PPO or POS plans are in this category. We are not on insurance panels by choice so NOT In Network.
Many of our clients who use their OON (Out of Network) benefits get reimbursed a % of the counseling fee often in the 50-70% range. Some clients choose to use their Health or Flex Account (see below) which may cover all of it and allows tax advantages.
If you wish to use OON benefits, first check your plan to determine coverage for licensed counselors as OON providers, if there’s a deductible and if it has been met, and what percentage, if any, they reimburse for psychotherapy and if the % is of your therapist full rate or what they decide is reasonable and customary (R&C) based on zip code 30253. Codes to inquire about include 90791 for initial session then 90834, 90837 or 90847.
If requested, we can provide you with a monthly receipt called a Superbill with the necessary info of what you paid your therapist. You may submit that to obtain any available counseling or therapy fee reimbursement based on your plan. Please look into this before contacting us if reimbursement is a critical part of your decision making.
Payment
Fees are due and must be paid prior to the start of session on the day that services are delivered.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and cash. If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount, as we do not hold cash on site.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
