Brianna Wright, Counseling Intern
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! Offers Sliding Scale!
Hey, I’m Brianna! I’m a passionate counseling intern dedicated to supporting individuals through their mental health journeys. As someone who believes in the power of a safe space for personal expression, I’m committed to creating an environment where my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to share their experiences.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults, particularly those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I tailor these approaches to fit the unique needs of each client. I also work with individuals dealing with suicidal ideation, self-harm, body image concerns, self-esteem issues, attachment difficulties, and burnout.
Creating a non-judgmental and empathetic space is my top priority, as I aim to foster an environment where clients can openly explore their challenges and work toward healing. Whether you're navigating relationship issues, grief, or spirituality concerns, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
Outside of my counseling work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hitting the gym, playing with my dogs, watching and playing sports, volunteering with students at my church, and enjoying a good book.
