Clara Warren, MA APC
CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!
Hello! I’m Clara, and I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. I'm passionate about helping adults explore and understand themselves on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level.
I work primarily with adults (18+) who are high-functioning but feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Many of my clients are navigating difficult life transitions, relationship pain, or unprocessed emotional wounds. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or the effects of toxic relationships, I’m here to walk with you through the healing process.
In therapy, I take a collaborative and person-centered approach. I want you to feel seen, safe, and supported as we explore your story together. My goal is to help you build healthy boundaries, strengthen your self-worth, and improve your ability to connect—both with others and yourself.
Some of the areas I specialize in include:
Domestic violence recovery & abuse survivors
Divorce recovery
Codependency in relationships (non-substance-related)
Attachment wounds
Single parent support
Dating, singlehood & relationship issues
First responders and healthcare worker stress
Grief and loss
Sleep issues & insomnia
Low self-esteem
Spiritual and emotional growth
I am trauma-informed and continually expanding my knowledge to better support clients dealing with complex trauma and emotional pain.
Taking the first step into counseling can feel intimidating—but it’s also a courageous act of self-care. I’d be honored to support you in your journey toward healing, clarity, and lasting change.
