Welcome! I’m Kivonna, a compassionate therapist with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges. If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or questions around self-identity, I offer a safe, open space to explore your struggles. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights you need to build a fulfilling life and reach your personal growth goals.

Therapy Specialties; I primarily work with individuals ages 13+, tailoring my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to help you build emotional resilience, set boundaries, and improve your mental well-being. Whether you’re struggling with past trauma, low self-esteem, or the everyday challenges of life, we’ll work together to develop solutions that help you move forward.

Who I Work With; I am passionate about working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and struggles with self-identity. I enjoy supporting clients in these areas, helping them uncover their strengths, build self-confidence, and work toward lasting change. I also offer therapy for groups, providing a collaborative space where individuals can connect and grow together.
