EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPY WORKSHOP being offered this JULY 2024!

Who & When:

Teen Girls (13-17) July 9th – 11th (9am-11:30am)

Tween Girls (9-12) July 16th – 18th (9am-11:30am)

Cost – $60 (Covers materials, Snacks/Drinks, Crafts)

About – Our Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop incorporates music, dance, movement, arts and crafts to help young women gain needed skills in the following areas; self-esteem, boundaries, friendships, communication, emotion regulation, coping skills, tips to navigate the upcoming school year.
