Live Oak Counseling Services was formed, in January of 2021, when the director had a vision to help people in her local area through providing psychologically sound counseling for the residents in McDonough, GA, all of Henry County and surrounding areas. The highest standard of care is offered in a relaxing environment with a boutique approach by tailoring services specific to the needs individual clients.
A spiritually-integrated approach
Our spiritually-integrated psychotherapy is a unique form of counseling that uses Christian based resources as well as psychological understanding for healing and growth. Our integrative faith-based approach means that we treat the whole person, taking into account the client’s spiritual beliefs and faith tradition. Our therapists are specially trained and equipped to address mental and emotional concerns, as well as spiritual concerns. Clients of all faith traditions, and those who claim no faith, are welcomed and accepted at Live Oak Counseling Services.
